The format of the Congress remains a hybrid form. It means, that congressional sessions will be held in person/online/partly online/hybrid. The exact number and name of these sessions is specified in the final schedule of the program.

 

  • General Format:

 

  1. a) The ICLA Congress 2022 in Tbilisi, Georgia, is planned as a “hybrid” conference.  In-person participants are welcome to attend all sessions. 
  2. b) Opening ceremony will be live streamed. 
  3. c) All in-person plenary sessions will be on zoom, recorded and uploaded on the Internet for viewing upon receiving the agreement of plenary speakers.
  4. d) Zoom technology will be an option for all Group Sessions, Special Sessions, and for Regular Sessions as well. 
  5. e) Zoom sessions will, however, be separate from In-person sessions. There will be no events where zoom and in-person discussions are integrated.  
  6. f) All sessions will allow for Q & A.



  • Entry into Georgia today and regulations:

 

At present, all Covid -19 regulations are off in Georgia. Wearing masks is not obligatory.

Citizens of many countries around the world can travel to Georgia in compliance with the general sanitary recommendations. The document confirming the full course conduct (two doses, one dose in case of Johnson & Johnson) of any COVID-19 vaccination is accepted.
